Volvo L150E - April 2005

This is a salt pile along the Calumet River near Chicago. I really like the blues in the pile. Someone told me that the blue comes from an added dye. This helps to tell salt apart from other salt.

64T - Tadano - TR-640XXL-3 - July 2004

This another crane owned Sterling Cranes. Her capacity is 64T. This type of crane is classed as a rough terrain crane. Incidentally the six containers she is starting to unload have approx. 12T of plastic explosives in each.

80T - American - 7450 - June 2004

This crane is partially dismantled for transport. Her capacity is 80T. Sterling cranes is a very large crane rental company in Canada. This American is typed a conventional truck crane.

These trucks look real nice when they are new, right off the lot. Can someone estiimate a capacity of cement they might carry??

This type of machine is used with a variety of different attachments, at most construction sites.

Trombone Trailer - August 2004

This is a unique shot of a trombone trailer. A normal trailer in about 40 ft. long, but ones like this can be extended for long loads. the beams on this trailer are 88 ft. long.
