Volvo L150E - April 2005


This is a salt pile along the Calumet River near Chicago. I really like the blues in the pile. Someone told me that the blue comes from an added dye. This helps to tell salt apart from other salt. Posted by Hello

This another crane owned Sterling Cranes. Her capacity is 64T. This type of crane is classed as a rough terrain crane. Incidentally the six containers she is starting to unload have approx. 12T of plastic explosives in each. Posted by Hello

Trombone Trailer - August 2004


This is a unique shot of a trombone trailer. A normal trailer in about 40 ft. long, but ones like this can be extended for long loads. the beams on this trailer are 88 ft. long. Posted by Hello
